Mentee
As a mentee, you may identify your knowledge, interest, and goals you want to achieve as you communicate with your mentor.
As a mentee, you’re expected to contribute to conversations, understand that if your mentor does not have the answer, they will give you other resources that will help you along the way, and be consistent for effective progress.
We want you to be honest, open, and excited about all of the possibilities that are waiting just for you. Remember, anything is possible.
A mentee can range from 8-18 years of age.
Mentor
As a mentor, you may share information about your current career and steps you have taken to get in your position, provide guidance, encourage your mentee, and motivate them emotionally as they share their goals.
As a mentor, you’re expected to help your mentee explore the many career possibilities and provide them with resources.
We never stop trying, we never give up, and we never quit. So remember...You’re not just a mentor. You’re an advocate, advisor, and role model.
A mentor must be 21 and older
